A P Pathak took active participation in area of health by supplying vitamin injection to the needy poor across that area, indeed which is a primary concern for the Government. Poor people are unable feed their child properly due to this they suffers from malnutrition, in which Government initiatives is a matter of grave concern but despite of this many deaths occurs all across the state. Mr. A P Pathak dynamic approach through supplying nutrients to child as well as supplying Chura, Chama and other nutrients helped a lot to control malnutrition. In education system, A P Pathak has been active since a long period, as his relentless contribution in area.

Whenever floods break up in any part of the area, BDT is supposed to be functional role to supply basic needs to the people in flood prone area along with helping those out of the danger zone.
